Yes, I know it’s Tuesday—but between an early morning and a full day of appointments yesterday, this update got a little island time delay!
Last week brought 74 new listings to the market, offering a little something for everyone—no matter your budget or your Keys dream. I expect we’ll start seeing even more new listings pop up as we roll toward season.
As for sales, 28 properties closed last week, including some stunning Key West homes that definitely turned heads.
With more snowbirds heading down to the Keys, we’re likely to see both inventory and sales continue to rise. It’s almost season—and you can feel the energy building!
