Beacon Reef has long been one of my favorite condos in the Upper Keys. Every time I walk through this community, I’m reminded why people fall in love with it. The floorplans feel open and welcoming — not boxy like so many condos can be. Most units offer beautiful water views, and every owner enjoys extra storage. Some even have the luxury of covered parking, a real treat in the Florida Keys sun.
This gated, resort-style community has the kind of amenities that make everyday life feel like a getaway. Residents can unwind in the beach-entry heated pool or relax in the therapeutic hot tub. The ocean-view fitness center adds a little inspiration to every workout, and the deep-water private marina offers boat slips for vessels up to 35 feet on a first-come basis.
There’s also a sandy beach for sun lovers, a fishing pier for quiet mornings, and a BBQ area under the tiki hut for gatherings with friends. Lush tropical landscaping ties it all together, giving Beacon Reef a peaceful, island-resort feel.
The location is another highlight. You're only minutes from Islamorada’s famous fishing and diving spots, as well as some of the best restaurants, galleries, and marine attractions in the Keys. It’s the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience.
